It’s Okay to Feel Conflicted on Mother’s Day

This is your reminder that it’s okay feel conflicted on Mother’s Day. Whatever that might mean for you.

Maybe your relationship is strained.

Maybe your mom is no longer with you.

Maybe you’ve gone no contact.

And maybe- there are other mother figures in your life you’d like to celebrate.  Don’t forget it isn’t always about blood.

Maybe you don’t fit in these other categories.

Maybe things are absolutely fine.

As someone who struggles to pick out cards- but instead goes for the pretty card. As someone who was no contact with her mom last year on Mother’s Day- And it was fresh and it hurt to see all the posts…

It’s okay to feel conflicted. Don’t feel guilty or ashamed.

This is your reminder.
