Back by popular demand, let’s revisit this prompt from last year! Tell us what your fantasy diabetes device would be? Think of your dream blood glucose checker, delivery system for insulin or other meds, magic carb counter, etc etc etc. The sky is the limit – what would you love to see?

Omg… the possibilities….

and again- sorry that these are not quite as detailed…

First of all- I’d like an all-encompassing device. That does actually a lot of things.  I want it to be compact while providing me with more space in my bags, purse, etc. My dream device- will consist of –

• an insulin pump- a smart one that can basically work as an artificial pancreas
• a blood sugar meter- but I don’t really want a CGM- I want to the test strip to go in my device -I’ll check my blood sugar and it’ll be right there.
• my cell phone
• my ipod
• a calculator
• etc
• etc
• etc

Basically, I want it to contain my most used items- because they take up a lot of space. I need more room!

Just want all my essentials in one place, and I’d love it to be more personalized.
